STARTERS
Chilled asparagus soup, truffled egg croutons
Organic salmon cerviche, mango, cornish crab
Foie gras chicken liver parfait, quince chutney, toasted poilane

Jerked beef, manioc flour and roasted banana
MAINS
Fricassee of warm spring vegetables, orecchiette, almond vinaigrette
